The Accounting and Taxation skills together with our experience gained through the years equip us to assist in constructing ventures, or repositioning existing businesses. In addition, our network of specialists and experts are available to augment our internal skills base.

In the case of individual’s retirement planning and Estate planning are area where we can assist. Our contribution will be limited to structuring with the Investment program being handle by the individual’s investment advisor.

Many Consulting assignments originate from an Accounting or Taxation relationship being developed. In addressing the issues that arise opportunities to re-engineer a business or to reconfigure an individual’s affairs come to the fore.

Transactions undertaken by our clients often result in intimidating agreements being put in front of them. We can assist, firstly by going through and explaining what the agreement actually means and then if necessary to assist the client negotiate the agreement with the Contracting Party.

In many instances the role we play is that of a facilitator where our clients accept us thinking “outside the box” in the long term interest of the client.
